Simon brings more than 25 years of relevant experience. With 10 years of successful sales and sales management experience and more than 15 years of successful recruiting experience, Simon knows what it takes to be successful in the healthcare space.
Following a successful career with a national recruiting firm, Simon founded ExecuSearch in 2004. Simon has built ExecuSearch from the ground up with his drive to succeed, an in-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, and his ability to train and motivate a successful team. Prior to recruiting, Simon's sales career experience included sales management with top consumer and healthcare organizations, including PepsiCo, Johnson & Johnson, and Wyeth Pharmaceuticals.
